About our Client

Entasis Partners have been retained by a leading Management Consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations enhance their performance through strategic planning and operational efficiency -They are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect.

Role Highlights

• Position: Solution Architect
• Location: London (Hybrid working model – Office & Home)
• Salary: £85,000 > £110,000 + bonus + benefits

What You’ll do:

Architecture Design and Implementation:

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to the needs of financial services clients.
• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across all projects.
• Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including technical specifications, diagrams and integration plans.
  ‍

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges and goals.
• Provide expert advice to help clients make informed technology decisions.
• Conduct workshops, presentations and meetings to communicate solution designs and strategies effectively.

Solution Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet client expectations and deliver business value.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in IT consulting with a focus on Application, Integration and Software Architecture.

• Proven track record in the financial services industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to various technologies including cloud providers (AWS, Azure and GCP)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects effectively.
