What you’ll do:
Define enterprise technology strategy:
Develop and implement architecture strategies that bridge business objectives with technological capabilities, ensuring alignment, scalability, and sustainability.

Establish clear principles, best practices, and technical guidelines to drive consistency and efficiency across all technology domains.
‍

‍Collaborate with purpose:
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and technical experts to understand organisational needs, driving solutions that address current challenges and future goals.

‍Create technology roadmaps:
Lead the creation of multi-year roadmaps that prioritise emerging trends and innovation, delivering a clear path to meet strategic business outcomes.

‍Deliver impactful solutions:
Oversee the design of technology architectures that integrate seamlessly with business operations while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
‍

‍Ensure governance and compliance:
Establish robust governance processes to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while tracking the effectiveness of architecture initiatives.

‍Mitigate risks and optimise performance:
Identify potential risks and define strategies to address them, conducting regular reviews to enhance architecture efficiency, cost-effectiveness, andsecurity.
‍

‍Drive integration and data excellence:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data architectures, enabling seamless system integration and high-quality, accessible data for decision-making.
‍

Document and communicate effectively:
Maintain detailed documentation of architecture frameworks, presenting regular updates, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

What you bring:
Proven expertise:
• A history of delivering enterprise architecture in complex environments across multiple domains (business, application, data, and technology).
• A deep understanding of enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF, with practical experience using modelling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx).

‍Technical depth:
• Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration approaches (APIs, microservices, SOA).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance, and data governance best practices.
‍

‍Strategic and analytical mindset:
• Ability to identify opportunities, address challenges proactively, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business impact.
‍

‍Collaboration and communication:
• Exceptional ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences, balancing clarity with detail.
• A collaborative approach that fosters partnerships across teams, aligning business and technical priorities.
‍

‍Preferred qualifications:
• Certifications in architecture frameworks or cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering transformational change in data architecture and integration.
