About Our Client

Our client is a specialist architecture consultancy dedicated to helping organisations drive business alignment, best practices, and real value through enterprise architecture. They operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring architecture delivers tangible business outcomes rather than just theoretical frameworks.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an EA Strategy Lead to take ownership of an enterprise architecture community within the business. This role is about driving thought leadership, engaging senior stakeholders, and positioning EA as a strategic enabler—without calling it EA. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping best practices, influencing large-scale change, and delivering business value through architecture-led strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and evolving an EA community, fostering engagement and best practices.
• Aligning business and technology strategies to drive measurable value.
• Communicating the benefits of EA in a business-friendly, outcome-driven way.
• Influencing C-suite and senior leadership without overwhelming them with architecture jargon.
• Supporting pre-sales, demonstrating how architecture can drive strategic outcomes.

• Proven EA capability with experience driving business alignment at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate architecture principles into tangible business benefits.
• Experience in large-scale transformation, governance, and strategic planning.
• A track record of building and nurturing professional communities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications (TOGAF, SAFe, or similar) are a plus.
