Role: Solution Architect – SaaS

Location: UK or Netherlands with travel to client site as and when required.

Employment type: Permanent

Salary: £90,000-120,000 + bonus + benefits

Entasis Partners is supporting an innovative SaaS business with global reach across Government, Financial Services, amongst other regulated industries. Their model-driven platform offers instant operability, customisation, and development capabilities, empowering clients to tackle governance, compliance, and regulation challenges head-on.

This is a key hire within their expanding Solutions Team, offering the opportunity to shape the architecture and advisory layer that supports client development. The role is suited to a Solution Architect looking to step up into team leadership as the business builds a stronger, more impactful architecture function.

Role Overview

• Work directly with clients to understand business needs and translate these into actionable solution architectures.
• Lead on the design, modelling, and delivery of scalable solutions, leveraging tools like Archimate, TOGAF, and SOA.
• Facilitate design-thinking workshops and prototyping sessions to refine solutions collaboratively.
• Take responsibility for applications, servers, CMS/DMS, integration, and the platform environment.
• Be a trusted advisor on governance, compliance, and regulation challenges across industries.
• Optional leadership opportunity: contribute to growing and mentoring a strengthened architecture team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years’ experience in Business and IT Architecture.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in solution modelling tools and frameworks (e.g., Archimate, TOGAF, SOA).
• Knowledge of applications, servers, CMS/DMS, and integration solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, regulation, and compliance processes.
• Experience in prototyping and design thinking approaches.
• An interest in stepping into management and leadership (optional).
