Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with deep expertise in the insurance domain to lead digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance processes, systems, and platforms, paired with the technical expertise to design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance technology, leveraging your domain knowledge and technical acumen to modernise processes, enhance platform capabilities, and deliver business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural strategy and design for transformation programs within the insurance sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to modernise core insurance processes and platforms.
• Develop innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with leading insurance packages and systems.
• Implement scalable, cloud-enabled architectures to drive efficiency and agility.
• Oversee development efforts to ensure alignment with architectural blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver secure solutions.
• Optimise database management and platform performance.

Required Expertise:

• Significant experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on processes, systems, and platforms.
• Strong understanding of leading insurance packages and technologies (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar).
• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation within the insurance domain.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with programming languages and development methodologies.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance in the insurance industry.
• Advanced database management expertise, including relational and NoSQL databases.
