Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in Capital Markets to lead digital transformation initiatives within the domain. This role requires expertise in platform and systems design, domain-specific knowledge of risk management systems, and exposure to high-frequency trading environments.

Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that modernize platforms, enhance system performance, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural strategy and design for digital transformation programs in Capital Markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement modernization opportunities across platforms and systems.
• Design solutions for domain-specific needs, including risk management systems and high-frequency trading platforms.
• Leverage cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee development efforts, ensuring alignment with architectural blueprints.
• Implement robust, secure, and compliant systems tailored to regulatory requirements.
• Drive performance optimization and data integrity through advanced database management.

Required Expertise:

• Significant experience in Capital Markets, including platforms and systems for trading, risk management, or settlements.
• Deep understanding of high-frequency trading, risk management systems, and market regulations.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Strong programming background with experience in modern development practices.
• Expertise in database design, including relational and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrable knowledge of security frameworks and compliance in financial services.
