‍Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Architect with extensive experience in the banking sector to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of core banking processes, a passion for innovation, and the technical acumen to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will work at the heart of transformative projects, leveraging your expertise in architecture, design, and cloud technologies to modernise systems and create future-ready banking solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead architectural design for digital transformation programs within the banking sector.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define core banking process improvements and modernization strategies.
• Develop solutions using cloud technologies and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Oversee programming and development efforts to ensure alignment with architectural vision.
• Implement secure, compliant systems adhering to industry regulations.
• Ensure data integrity through advanced database management techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in banking and financial services, with in-depth knowledge of core banking systems.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation in the financial domain.
• Strong background in architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization.
• Proficiency in programming languages and modern development practices.
• Database management expertise, including relational and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrable knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking sector.
• A strategic thinker who can translate business needs into technical solutions.
• An architect with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in banking.
• A collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
