Role Overview:

This is a pivotal role for an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and lead the company’s AI and innovation strategy. You will drive business transformation by aligning AI initiatives with enterprise architecture and fostering a culture of innovation. With a strong background in data, business and/or systems analysis, you will influence at the highest levels to ensure the business remains competitive and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect:

• AI Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement AI strategies that align with business goals and enterprise architecture principles.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive technological innovation within the company, exploring emerging trends and integrating new solutions.
• Enterprise Architecture Integration: Ensure that AI initiatives are seamlessly embedded into the enterprise architecture framework, supporting scalability and growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, data teams, and business units to identify and execute on AI opportunities.
• Governance and Standards: Define governance models, ensuring AI deployments adhere to ethical, regulatory, and security standards.
• Roadmap Development: Create and oversee a roadmap for AI adoption and innovation, ensuring alignment with both short-term goals and long-term vision.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on AI, innovation, or emerging technologies.
• Frameworks Knowledge: In-depth experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, SABSA etc.).
• Background in Data and/or Business Architecture: Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and business analysis.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically, with a proven track record of aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Global Experience: Experience working in global environments and managing complex, multi-region projects.
